Tiring weekend.
Mar. 6th, 2006 12:08 pmThursday and Friday, I did a bunch of overtime, nothing huge, but still getting up earlier then I'm use to.
Friday night a bunch of people went out to see Ultraviolet. We went to one theater on the far side of town, since it had an earlier show time. They were showing it in a back theater with a screen that was about a tenth the size of a normal screen. We were thinking of leaving, but since we were already there, we decided to stay. But then a mob of teenagers came in just as the show started, and were loud and rude through the entire opening, so we bolted, and after we got up, about ten other people followed us. They offered to stop the movie and kick them out, but we were going to see it at a better theater, so we just got our money back. As it turned out, it probably would have been more entertaining to have stayed and watched them get kicked out. What ever you do, DO NOT SEE ULTRAVIOLET, awful, awful, movie.
Saturday was long, got up at 6:00am to go to work, worked until 1:00, got home and played D&D until 8:00, since it went long, and didn't get to
mtffms birthday party until about 10:00, so I didn't get a chance to try turducken. There were lots of people there, most of whom I didn't know. I'm probably not going to remember most of the names. Everyone sat around and talked, it was very fun. Stayed there until about 1:30 in the morning, got home around two, wasn't very tired, so I started surfing the net for a bit, and didn't realize what time it was until 5:00 in the morning, I still wasn't feeling tired, but forced myself to go to bed, to reset my sleep for Monday. Sunday was just resting, so I'm just find today.
